General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the provision of consulting, advisory, business support, and related professional services provided by CONSULTEAM.

2. Services

CONSULTEAM may provide:

  • Management advisory

  • Strategic planning

  • Corporate development support

  • Investment-related advisory

  • Mobility solutions

  • Business and operational support services

The nature and scope of each assignment shall be specified in a quotation, proposal, or service agreement.

3. Contract Formation

Any service engagement becomes effective upon acceptance by the client of the relevant commercial proposal or agreement.

4. Fees and Payment Conditions

Fees are determined according to the complexity, duration, and scope of the services provided.

Invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or contractual documentation.

5. Professional Obligation

CONSULTEAM undertakes to perform services with diligence, competence, and professionalism.

Consulting services constitute an obligation of means and not an obligation of guaranteed results.

6. Client Cooperation

The client shall provide all information, documentation, and access reasonably required for the performance of the assignment.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain strict confidentiality regarding information exchanged during the engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

Reports, analyses, recommendations, methodologies, presentations, and other deliverables remain the intellectual property of CONSULTEAM unless otherwise specified in writing.

9. Liability

CONSULTEAM shall not be held responsible for decisions, actions, investments, or business strategies implemented by the client based on recommendations provided.

Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension or Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the terms defined in the applicable agreement between the parties.

11. Applicable Law

These CGV are governed by the laws applicable to commercial and consulting service activities.
